Continuous Steam Sterilization

Many dry products need to be pasteurized or sterilized. Several solutions exist like irradiation, ETO, ozone, and UV. However, steam sterilization is the only efficient and globally recognized solution. Krishna Engineering is a continuous dry steam sterilization process, which is completely safe and natural. It only uses heat to reduce the germ content of the product. Krishna Engineering will make your product safer for the consumer, while maintaining its high quality.

The Krishna Engineering Continuous Steam Sterilization system has been developed for the refinement of herbs and spices to make them safe for human consumption without undesirable effect on the organoleptic characteristics and appearance. Continuous Steam Pasteurization System has proven its worth to the industry and is successfully being used to process Whole and Ground Pepper, Chili Powders, Paprika, Cloves, Garlic, Herbs, and many other seeds and spices. The system is controlled by a PLC validated for data logging.

  • Sterilization chamber/Tube is ASTM 316L Stainless Steel.
  • All equipment is manufactured following or exceeding the current GMP rules. Easy validation as per FDA and international requirements
  • Supporting structure and concealing panels are in 304 stainless steel.
  • Insulation is provided using high density ceramic glass wool material covered with 304 stainless steel sheets.
  • All valves and fittings are sanitary.
  • Orbital welding of piping.
  • External jacket in AISI 304 Stainless Steel
